In the fall of 2009, a new flat glass production facility was established in Osterweddingen, Saxony-Anhalt, as a joint venture between the Dutch-German Scheuten Group and Interpane. This company operates under the name of f | glass GmbH.
This latest production location is an ideal addition within the Interpane Group. f | glass GmbH combines the unique melange of dedication and know-how from two companies at once: Scheuten and Interpane.
The new facility, with a length of approx. 800m, has been producing flat glass, clear glass and semi-finished products, mostly for the solar industry, since August 2009 using float glass technology.
Interpane Glas Deutschland GmbH (IGD)
Interpane Glas Deutschland (IGD) is the local sales company for coated and uncoated basic glass products, in which it carries not only the entire Interpane product range but also focuses on the glazing products manufactured by f | glass.
