Interpane Parndorf is a thermal insulation glass company located in the Burgenland between Vienna and the Neusiedler Lake. It was founded in 1973 as the Interpane Group's first production site in Austria.
Today, around 95 members of staff produce around 300,000 m² of insulation glass per year on two production lines. The primary products are the insulation glass iplus E and other high-quality functional glass types. Window manufacturers, metal construction companies and other specialist glass companies all over Austria are supplied from Parndorf.
With technical innovations and its groundbreaking achievements, Interpane has set technological standards in the Austrian thermal insulation glass industry.
In order to be able to make better use of market opportunities, especially in the neighbouring countries, a complete reorganization and extension of the production site has been accomplished at Interpane Parndorf, leading to a considerable expansion of the production capacity. Since 2007, the company has had a high-performance manufacturing facility for the production of top-grade single-pane safety glass and thermally toughened glass panes. In the early summer of 2011 a second tempering furnace and a roller coater for the manufacture of ipacolor parapet glazing were installed. Flexibility has thereby increased immensely, especially in the field of major building projects.
The consistently high quality of Interpane products is guaranteed by an installed and practised quality management system.
Furthermore, Interpane thermal insulation glass products are subject to external quality control according to the RAL quality and testing regulations and to additional external monitoring through MA 39. Interpane products from Parndorf have the Austrian quality mark and the necessary conformity certificate for Germany.
Interpane's production process and products are environmentally safe and have an excellent energy balance.
